2. Use of the platform
AgentStore provides AI-powered agent tools powered by Anthropic's Claude API. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API key. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
3. API key & data
Your Anthropic API key is stored only in your browser's local storage. AgentStore does not transmit, store, or have access to your API key on any server. All AI calls are made directly from your browser to Anthropic's servers. You are responsible for your API usage costs with Anthropic.
4. Subscription & payments
AgentStore Pro is available at ₹999/month. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled. We offer a 7-day free trial for new Pro subscribers.
5. Developer submissions
Developers who submit agents to AgentStore grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and distribute their agent. AgentStore retains 20% of subscription revenue from paid agents. Developers are responsible for ensuring their agents comply with all applicable laws and Anthropic's usage policies.
6. Limitation of liability
AgentStore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies — always verify important information independently.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

7-day free trial
All new Pro subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
Full refund — within 7 days
If you are not satisfied with AgentStore Pro, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked. Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Partial refund — 7 to 30 days
Refunds between 7 and 30 days of payment are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on usage.
No refund — after 30 days
Refunds are not available after 30 days of the billing date. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
How to request a refund
Email mishra.navin@aol.com with your registered email, Razorpay Payment ID, and optional reason. We respond within 24 hours.
